The place felt cozy, facilities like the toilets and the lobby/common room area were well maintained and clean, and the staff was warm and friendly during check-in and whenever I had questions.

The beds were too soft and did not offer much support for my back, did not sleep particularly well.

I enjoyed my stay there and would book it again if I were to come back to Hualien

the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, the common area feels like home, and the room was very comfortable. beat of all was they provided sets of bathroom toiletries, including hair conditioner and facial wash!!

Pleasant stay at a central location with great facilities.

Facilities were really clean and I really liked that our beds had curtains. The beds have an outlet, a hanger, and a nice little shelf.

pretty cool place but you will be in cubes with about 14 others in the room. too many but it seems to be the style.

staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and quiet, location was OK, and it had a nice vibe.

the dorm was pretty crowded which was not really a problem but it could have been.
